Cosi London was created from a deeply personal journey. During founder Andrea’s breast cancer treatment, Maggie’s provided warmth, support, and comfort when it was needed most.

We make regular donations to Maggie’s to support the incredible work they do for people facing cancer and their families.

Why Maggie’s?

Maggie’s provides practical, emotional, and psychological support for people living with cancer and their families. Their care made a meaningful difference during Andrea’s own treatment, and our donations are a way of giving back.

A hug in a box

Recently, a man living with cancer received a Cosi London throw as a personal gift. During chemotherapy, he found it brought him welcome warmth and comfort. He told us the size and weight felt just right, and described it as the best gift.

His wife shared that, at a time when it could be difficult to know what to send, the throw felt like the most perfect choice.

Their words stayed with us. We cannot change what someone is going through, but a thoughtful gift can offer a small, meaningful comfort: something to wrap around themselves, feel cosy in, and remind them they are cared for.

That is what “a hug in a box” means to us: being wrapped up in warmth and comfort, with a reminder that someone is thinking of you.
