These Terms of Business outline the agreement between you (“the customer”) and Cosi London Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) when you purchase products from www.cosilondon.com. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Ordering With Us

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are providing accurate and complete information
• You agree to these Terms of Business

After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not guarantee acceptance.

We may cancel an order if:

• A product is unavailable
• There is an error in pricing or product information
• Fraud is suspected

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

3. Product Information

We take care to ensure all product images and descriptions are accurate.

Because many products use natural merino wool, slight variations in colour or texture may occur. These natural differences are not considered faults.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

We accept:

• Shopify Payments
• PayPal (where available)

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.
We do not store card details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship from the United Kingdom to both UK and international customers.

Dispatch Times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days. Weekends and UK bank holidays are not business days.

Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applied by their country. These costs are outside our control.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are:

• Unused
• In original condition
• With all tags attached
• In original packaging

For hygiene reasons, baby hats, mittens, and similar personal-use items must be completely unworn and unused.

If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email hello@cosilondon.com within 48 hours.
Include your order number and clear photos.

We will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with UK consumer law.

Damage caused during courier transit is still handled under this policy, and we will manage the process for you.

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including designs, images, text, and graphics—is owned by Cosi London Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

Trademark Notice
Cosi London™ is a trademark of Cosi London Ltd. A trademark application has been filed with the UK Intellectual Property Office and is currently pending registration.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by shipping providers
• Customs delays or import fees
• Loss or damage resulting from improper use of products
• Indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability will not exceed the value of your order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Business are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of England and Wales.

11. Insurance

Cosi London Ltd holds full Public Liability and Product Liability insurance for the protection of our customers and business.
