Thank you for shopping with Cosi London. We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, the information below explains how we can help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the date you receive your order, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused, unworn, and unwashed
In their original packaging with all tags attached
In a re-sellable condition
Returned within the 14-day window
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items
Product Faults
If your item arrives faulty, please email us within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund once assessed.
Damage During Delivery (Courier Damage)
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:
The outer packaging
The damaged item
The shipping label
This allows us to open a claim with the courier.
Courier damage is not considered a product fault, but we will support you through the claim process and ensure you receive a replacement or refund once the claim is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns of:
Used or washed items
Items returned without original packaging or tags
Products showing signs of wear, soiling, scent, or damage
Any item received outside the 14-day return window
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your bank to complete the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
